This site is provided for information. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. A contract between us exists only in a signed engagement letter or statement of work.

What we say here is not advice

The guidance, architecture notes and case studies on this site describe work done under specific constraints for specific organisations. They are not professional, legal, regulatory or security advice for your situation, and applying them without that context is your decision rather than our recommendation.

Case studies and figures

Client names are withheld where the engagement requires it. Where an outcome figure is absent, it is because the client has not confirmed it for publication. We do not publish estimated, modelled or illustrative figures presented as results.

Content and intellectual property

The writing, design and code of this site belong to us. The lessons and methods we publish are deliberately reusable, so take them and use them. Do not republish substantial extracts as your own work.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but it is not a service you are paying for, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Availability commitments for systems we build and operate for clients live in the relevant engagement agreement.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our contracting entity is established, and that entity is named in any engagement agreement.
