We started because we kept seeing the same thing: AI projects that looked brilliant in a demo and then stalled before anyone outside the room could use them. The gap was never the model. It was everything around it, the integrations, the interface, the infrastructure and the honest conversation about what the technology can and cannot do.
So we built a team that owns the whole journey, from the first diagram to the growth that follows launch. We stay small on purpose. It keeps senior people close to the work, and it lets us say no to projects we would not do well.
